Professional experience includes: building permits, mandatory building inspections, building audits, fire safety reports, compliance audits, maintenance surveys, essential safety measures inspections, fire and smoke doors inspections on all types of buildings.
Correspond with municipal building surveyors in rectifying show cause notices, building notices and building orders.
Perform and produce due diligence reports to satisfy Section 32 sale of contract conditions.
Assist in completing the Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (AESMR) under Regulations 1209 & 1215 on behalf of the building owner / property manager.
Able to sign off the Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (AESMR) under Regulations 1209 & 1215 as the agent of owner.
